The Accossato Racing Cable Full Clutch is an exclusive, patented upgrade that gives riders complete control over their clutch feel and responsiveness. Made in Italy and crafted from CNC-machined aluminum, this system combines race-level precision with customizable ergonomics.

What sets this clutch apart is its adjustable lever distance (this version: 24mm–29mm), offering riders a tailored feel. Thanks to the eccentric pin design, you can adjust the spacing between the grip and handlebar to optimize comfort and clutch performance.

Accossato’s design also features a snap-style cable adjuster, folding black anodized lever with a lightening slot (RST), and an integrated microswitch, making it suitable for bikes with electronic clutch signal requirements.

How spacing affects clutch performance:

• Longer spacing (29mm) = earlier clutch disengagement, more force needed, less travel required.

• Shorter spacing (24mm) = later clutch disengagement, less force needed, more lever travel required.

Tip: If the lever is close to the handlebar and spacing is too short, the lever may hit the bar before full clutch disengagement. Use the rear-wheel test method (outlined below) to verify the optimal spacing for your setup.

Spacing Verification Method:

1. Raise the motorcycle’s rear wheel.

2. With the engine off, engage a gear.

3. Adjust lever to your preferred position.

4. Pull the lever with one hand and try to rotate the wheel with the other.

   • If the wheel turns and the lever has remaining travel, shorter spacing may be used.

   • If travel is minimal, stay with current or longer spacing.
